Another Day, Another Drama | 07/31/08

- Britney’s dad still has legal control over her finances. Wow, the situation is an Indian parent’s dream come true.

- David Beckham will guest star on the 39th season of Sesame Street this fall, finally reuniting him with his vocal inspiration, Elmo.

- Miley Cirus is apparently involved and a love triangle with another tween sensation and one those Jonas Brothers?!?!…who cares?

- The Big Brother 10 house is turning against a 75 year-old great-grandfather…which has been the only entertaining fight so far. I want it to continue, but I’m worried they’ll kill him instead of evict him.

- Whether or not Shia LaBeouf was responsible or not (he wasn’t), he was still driving under the influence, which is something Louis Stevens, would NEVER do.

Another Day, Another Drama | 07/27/08

- MTV has released the trailer for the fourth season of its reality-ish series The Hills. As a result, the lives of everyone in the coveted 18-34 demographic are officially on pause until August 18th, 2008.

- Heidi and Spencer want to go visit Iraq. This just in, the Iraqi people would rather resurrect Saddam.

- Apparently, Christian Bale assaulted his mother (who is a part-time clown) and sister. Yeah, they’re not getting a penny after this.

- Sherri Shephard says that she’s had “a lot of abortions” and fears that her dead fetus’ will greet her in heaven…while all her almost-baby-daddies have created their very own Facebook group.

- Matthew McConaughey will star in a new movie called Surfer, Dude…meanwhile, Kim Kardashian has been cast as the lead in Whore.

- General Hospital has announced that Genie Francis is returning to the show as Laura Spencer. Early reports suggest her first scenes are with on-screen daughter Lulu (Julie Marie Berman). The return is expected to last for two months…or until her performance can garner the show some Emmy attention.

- Britney Spears doesn’t have to take care of her kids, instead, she will pay $20,000/month in child support to K-Fed. Clearly, the judge visits Egotastic. Who will benefit the most from this? Brit? the Kids? Fedz?

The blog is back. You can sleep easier now…or I can since I don’t have to hear “why don’t you update your blog anymore? I don’t see your blog? Where is your blog? What happened to your blog?”

L’Oreal Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2008

This month, I was invited to create motion graphics for the background of the Hibebe fashion show. Last year, I did the same for KAVI KAVI, however that show took place on the runway. The Hibebe show took place inside the fashion environment and my graphics were displayed all across the room, the media lounge and outside on Queen Street at Nathan Phillips Square! I was joined by Jasna, Mylene and Nathalie. Out of all the other shows we watched, I think we liked Lewd the best.
